Here are a few great sites and courses to get some merit badges done

Scoutmaster Bucky is a volunteer site run by Brian Reiners. This site offers mostly in person classes at various locations but does host a handful of online courses. All classes are council approved.

MeritBadgesCourses.com is a site that offers virtual Merit Badge courses that are all run by registered BSA counselors. Each course is around $15

Scout Connect is a program run by the Heart of America Council. They offer online Merit Badge courses. They do recommend anyone attending the course out of council meet with a Merit Badge counselor in their council before turning in their worksheet to get the badge.

The Western Los Angeles County Council hold several different Merit Badge courses as part of there virtual Merit Badge University.
